At Zoracrest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in its original packaging with all included accessories.

  • Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at zoracrest.official@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).

  • Personal care products (where applicable).

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

The returned item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
