Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund. This policy helps us verify shipping-related issues and protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Zoracrest is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately before your order is shipped.
